This is just a personal rant post and all opinions expressed in it are mine alone. Yes, it’s alright if you disagree with it… because it’s just a rant post. 

I’m still not warming up to the idea of Elementary very much. I’m all for another Sherlock Holmes continuum, but this one is just so radically different that I feel it really doesn’t have anything to do with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s books at all.

I’m thinking it might end up being a CIS/House M.D. hybrid type show, which would be okay with me. It has enough elements to give it an interesting storyline. CBS should’ve taken the extra time to develop Elementary to stand on its own. It hasn’t even finished production yet and already it’s being shot down with crippling negativity.
